Christmas Gifts

What was your bestest (forgive me Ms Baker!) Christmas gift this year?

I'll start.

The best "gift" I got this year so far was I just got a Christmas card from my Dad's 99 year old cousin who is in Oregon. She is still very healthy, walks every day, does oil painting and plays cards! We weren't sure she was still alive!

The best Christmas gift I got was actually not a gift for me ;-) My sister got my parents a new 6 month old cat named Mittens (or midnight we can't decide) and she is perfect. She is very cuddly and beautiful. Even thought it wasn't for me I know I can visit her and it makes me feel happy that my parents have a new cat as they were very very sad that they lost their other cat this fall. She is just what they need and I am glad my sister found her and drove with her 4 hours up from New Hampshire (I don't think I could have done that).

I got a lot of money. I know thats not the best x-mas present ever but its towards getting myself a car so i'm happy =]
